Only about 30% is used to heat the room itself. As the radiator warms up, it warms the wall behind it, the wall above it and then the ceiling. The heat is then transferred by conduction to the outside walls where it is lost.
By fitting Heatkeeper Radiator Panels in your house you will find that your radiators start spreading the heat evenly and eliminate cold spots. The panels will help the radiators to warm your rooms up to twice as quickly as before, and they are completely hidden.

These Panels are accredited by Ofgem for EEC schemes and after fitting your radiator panels they will reduce your heating bills by up to 20%. That’s over £100 a year for the average 3 bedroom semi-detached house, which means they will pay for themselves in as little as one season.

There is no need to remove the radiators to fit the panels and they come complete with comprehensive fitting instructions and a roll of double-sided tape. It’s that easy – no fuss no mess. As a rough guide when ordering, each standard sized radiator will need two to three panels.
